In the autumn of 2023, the Callstack brand was rebranded to best represent what the company has to offer to the world. The launch of the new website and brand identity was only the beginning. To ensure the new branding is reflected in everything Callstackers do, Marketing Core Team was created (with myself as the Marketing Core Lead and the team composed of Designers and a Content Marketer) and an ongoing brand consistency project was launched.
The goal of our brand consistency effort is to discover Callstacker’s needs for assets, templates and processes, craft them, and onboard the organization so that everybody can stay on-brand smoothly and efficiently. So far, I’ve been involved in:
- interviewing stakeholders to discover their needs and produce insights for the Marketing Core Team
- running regular brand consistency meetings to address the identified pain points and brainstorm solutions
- overseeing the creation of branded templates and assets
- documenting the fruit of the brand consistency project team’s labor
- onboarding the organization to the produced assets and processes
